Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Ghefryonvul through ghefryonvul.world unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

1. Right of withdrawal (where applicable)

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period for distance sales, you may have additional rights under local law. This Policy does not limit those rights.

2. U.S. return window

For most U.S. orders, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.

3. Condition of goods

Returned items must be unused, sealed where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We may refuse a refund if the product shows wear, missing parts, or damage after delivery.

4. Process

Email supportcenter@ghefryonvul.world with your order reference and reason. We will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

5. Non-returnable items

Opened dietary supplements where safety or resale rules apply, items marked final sale, or goods damaged through misuse may not qualify for a refund.

6. Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with photos if requested. We will offer a replacement or refund as required by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

7. State-specific rights

Depending on your state, you may have additional return or warranty rights. Nothing in this Policy limits those non-waivable protections.

Mail and telephone order rule

The Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires sellers to ship within the advertised time or, if none is stated, within 30 days. If we cannot ship on time, we will notify you and offer the choice to consent to a delay or cancel for a full refund.
